The Role
As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll work closely with our House Manager & leadership team to help oversee daily bar operations and ensure every member and guest receives outstanding service.
You will:
Assist in leading day-to-day bar operations
Support and motivate the team during service
Maintain high presentation and service standards
Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management
Support staff training and development
Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing requirements
Help coordinate functions, events and busy golf days
Work with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Contribute ideas that enhance service standards, member satisfaction and operational efficiency
Assist in driving continuous improvement
Foster a positive and professional team culture
About You
You are someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a quick-paced setting and takes pride in creating outstanding experiences for customers.
You'll bring:
Previous hospitality experience
Current RSA Certificate
WA Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event periods
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience within clubs, pubs, bars, restaurants, sporting venues or function environments will be highly regarded.
