Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for operating plant machinery, preparing raw materials, manufacturing chemical batches, and packing finished goods in line with production schedules and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant machinery to manufacture chemical powders and fluids
- Prepare raw materials and packaging in line with batch sheets
- Set up, clean, calibrate and maintain production equipment prior to batch runs
- Manufacture batches safely, accurately and within required turnaround KPIs
- Complete batch documentation and update ERP systems accurately
- Troubleshoot basic production and machinery issues
- Support quality control processes, inspections and compliance activities
- Pack, label and prepare finished goods for distribution
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces aligned with 6S and safety standards
- Assist with inventory handling, stock movement and warehouse activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
About You
- Previous experience in a Production Operator / Process Operator / Chemical Operator role
- Experience working in manufacturing, chemical processing, mining consumables, food production or similar environments
- Strong understanding of workplace safety, SOPs and quality standards
- Ability to follow batch sheets,
procedures and production schedules
- Forklift Licence (essential)
- High Reach experience (highly regarded)
- Basic computer literacy and experience with ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

- You must have unrestricted Australian working rights
