Our client, a well-established organisation based in Dandenong South, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their operations team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exposure to import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process sales orders and manage customer enquiries
- Coordinate import and export documentation and shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers
- Maintain accurate customer, product and order information within SAP
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Assist with inventory management, pricing updates and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or Logistics Administration




- Exposure to import and export processes and documentation
- Strong SAP experience and/or advanced CRM system knowledge

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
