Allies Management is looking for an experienced, full time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Albion, Brisbane!

We work with a genuinely fun mix of service-based clients across marinas, hospitality, childcare, construction, and more. One minute you could be scheduling content for a dental surgery, the next you’re briefing shopping centre content, or preparing for a real estate shoot.

The role is a mix of social media coordination and broader marketing support, including:

- Planning, scheduling and managing social media content
- Keeping client calendars, approvals and deadlines on track
- Working with our graphic designer to create marketing collateral
- Creating basic collateral in Canva
- Editing vertical video using CapCut or Edits
- Planning,



coordinating and attending content shoots
- Making basic updates to Squarespace, Wix and WordPress websites
- Helping with general marketing activity across client accounts

We’d love to meet someone who is friendly, organised, and confident juggling multiple brands without losing sight of the details. You’ll ideally have hands-on social media and marketing experience, a good understanding of what makes content work, and the initiative to keep things moving.

- Full-time role based in Albion, Brisbane
- One work-from-home day per week
- Free on-site parking
- Must have own laptop

We will organise an initial round of virtual interviews, followed by final in-person interviews for successful candidates.
