WesTrac is seeking an experienced MARC Manager to lead a major Maintenance and Repair Contract operation across key NSW mining customers. Reporting to the Regional Manager - Hunter Valley, you will be responsible for safety, contract health, fleet reliability and customer performance.

This senior role involves budgeting, forecasting, and delivering continuous improvement while leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex mining workplace.
