You will provide both inpatient and community based services and have extensive teaching and research responsibilities.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key attributes. Within the context of the responsibilities described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated ability to make a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and provide treatment for patients with serious mental illness and mental health problems.
- Ability to provide medical leadership in a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in teaching, evaluation and research.
- Excellent clinical variety.
- Registration as a medical practitioner and specialist psychiatrist (FRANZCP) with the Medical Board of Australia.
