Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Transition Support Manager to join Office of the Executive Dean, Faculty of Business and Law.

The Transition Support Manager supports the delivery of transition activities and change management initiatives to assist positive cultural and procedural change within the Faculty. The role provides strategic and operational support to Faculty leadership, as well as academic and professional staff, during the transition to the recent Faculty structure. The position contributes to the implementation of change initiatives and develops effective working relationships to act as a key Faculty contact for internal stakeholders involved in the Faculty of Business & Law Change Management and Implementation Plan.

What You Need To Succeed

- Relevant education,



training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards) in a relevant area, together with substantial relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change processes within a large and complex environment, including contributing to planning and implementation activities.
- High level interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear and well-structured documentation including reports, briefing materials and other complex documentation that informs decision making and supports organisational change.
- Demonstrated experience leading business process review and continuous improvement initiatives including the analysis, redesign and implementation of systems, processes and service delivery models to improve organisation effectiveness.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
