Merse Wellness Spa is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead sales performance across our national spa network. You will drive in-spa memberships, services, and retail, and design training programs for Spa Managers, Consultants and Therapists.
You’ll analyse KPIs, develop strategies, and partner with Fitness Cartel Health Clubs to align commercial goals with expansion plans. Travel across locations will be required, and you’ll report to senior leadership.
