As the business continues to grow, an chance has arisen for an accomplished development executive to lead a significant development portfolio while helping shape the future direction of the organisation's development platform.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of development projects across the full development lifecycle.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and government authorities, you will lead projects from acquisition support and feasibility through planning, design, procurement, construction and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.

This is a broad and hands-on development role that will see you managing multiple concurrent projects while contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation's development capability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading development projects from acquisition support through to completion and operational handover.
- Preparing and managing project feasibilities, budgets and development programmes.
- Managing planning approvals, development applications and stakeholder engagement with councils and statutory authorities.




- Coordinating architects, engineers, planners, quantity surveyors and other specialist consultants.
- Managing contractor procurement, design coordination and construction delivery.
- Monitoring project budgets, risks, programme and commercial performance.
- Providing regular reporting on project progress, costs, risks and key milestones.
- Driving innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across development delivery.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and government agencies.

About You

You are an experienced property development professional with a proven track record delivering medium to large-scale residential or community developments from concept through to completion.

You are commercially astute, technically capable and thrive managing multiple projects simultaneously within complex stakeholder environments. You enjoy solving problems, building relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong commercial discipline.

You will bring experience across financial feasibility, planning approvals, consultant management, procurement and construction delivery, together with the ability to confidently engage with internal executives, contractors, consultants and government authorities.

Experience within residential development, retirement living, land lease communities, masterplanned communities, mixed-use developments or other large-scale property environments will be highly regarded.
