This is a rare moment to join a category-defining company mid-leap. We're looking for a Sales Engineer who can match our ambition.

What You'll Do

- Translate the power of Simpro Lightning and Cooper AI into real, measurable outcomes for field service businesses - think tighter margins turned into genuine profit
- Partner closely with the sales team to understand each prospect's operational pain points and craft demonstrations that hit home
- Own the technical conversation: tackle complex questions about our platform, integrations, and AI capabilities with confidence and clarity
- Build trusted relationships with operations leads, IT decision-makers, and business owners at trade companies
- Develop deep mastery of Simpro's full product suite - Lightning, Cooper, and the broader platform ecosystem - and stay ahead of how it evolves
- Champion the voice of the customer back to our product teams, turning field insights into product improvements
- Keep a sharp eye on the competitive landscape in field service management, so you always know where we win

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or technical pre-sales role - ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
- Hands-on familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM)

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and industry events
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus - but demonstrated capability matters more
