The Battery Materials & Cells (BMAC) group at WMG, University of Warwick, is seeking a PhD student to link fundamental battery research with industrial up-scaling. The project focuses on Ni-rich and LMFP chemistries, with extensive characterization and pilot-scale testing of pouch cells.

Funding for UK Students is provided through UKRI, with a stipend of £20,780, and an intake starting October 2026. Closes on 15 September 2026.
