We are seeking a skilled Grader Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of grading machinery, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our projects. Responsibilities:
- Operate grading machinery to achieve precise grading and levelling of surfaces
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate grading activities and project timelines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Grader Operator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with grading machinery and its operation
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s licence and relevant certifications preferred
