- Providing operational support for enterprise systems, including troubleshooting issues and managing support requests within agreed service levels
- Assisting with system upgrades, enhancements, testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Supporting the gathering, analysis and documentation of business and system requirements
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, training materials and knowledge base articles
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical teams to support solution delivery
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, usability and business outcomes
- Promoting privacy, information security and audit compliance across all activities
- Providing after-hours support for critical releases when required Requirements - Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Commerce or a related discipline; or equivalent experience
- An understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or other enterprise applications is advantageous
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and support requirements gathering, documentation and business process analysis
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,
