The Speech Spot was established in 2017 and has grown into a team of over 10 speech pathologists, servicing families across Sydney. We've just opened a newly refurbished clinic in Bella Vista full of natural light and an easy 10-minute walk from Bella Vista Metro.

We built this practice on the belief that great clinical outcomes come from clinicians who feel genuinely supported, not squeezed by billing targets. That's still true today.

What you’ll get:

- $89,000 salary package, inclusive of superannuation
- No KPIs and no billable hour targets — unlike a lot of clinics, we don't measure clinicians against billing quotas
- A structured graduate program, mentored one on one by a senior speech pathologist with 15+ years' experience
- $1,000 per year career development budget, yours to use how you like
- A caseload that ramps up progressively — you won't be thrown in the deep end

What we’re looking for:

- A completed (or nearly completed) degree in Speech Pathology, eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
- Genuine passion for helping clients and families achieve meaningful communication outcomes
- A team-first, curious attitude — happy to ask questions and keep learning
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
