Our graduate program offers you a challenging and robust learning and development opportunity during a two-year rotational program. You will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of business operations that will provide valuable insight into how Toyota Finance Australia is leading the future of mobility and revolutionising the automotive financial services industry in Australia.

We are looking for strong all-rounders with a passion for continuous improvement, who will place our customers at the centre of their work and who share our values.

We will consider candidates who are open to learning about our business – you don’t need to have studied finance to apply. We’ve had successful candidates from finance, science, IT, marketing, business and many more.

During the course of your two-year program, you’ll get a broad understanding of our organisation by undertaking multiple placements. You will have the opportunity to work across our different divisions, which are Support Services, Sales and Corporate Services. The broad range of rotations are designed with you in the driver’s seat, to acquire a broad skillset by undertaking meaningful work with the guidance of industry-leaders.

If you’re selected for our graduate program we’ll offer you a 2-year Fixed Term employment contract. Nearing the end of the 2 year program program, we partner with you in exploring career opportunities beyond the program and aim to guide your transition into a suitable role at Toyota Finance Australia. Our Graduate Program offers tailored development activities, including several Toyota-wide experiences, projects, and mentoring opportunities. If you join you will:

- Participate in World leading Toyota Global Content Training to mould you into a Kaizen guru by learning our methodology on systems and processes.
- Become emersed in supply chain by experiencing our Toyota Parts Centre (TPC)
- Learn from our customers in our Customer Experience Centre
- Grow your project management and problem-solving skills by taking on projects individually or together with your teammates.
