The Opportunity Role: Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant based on the Sunshine Coast (Sippy Downs) Reporting To: Director & Founder Start Date: 2025 Start your career in the dynamic and rewarding world of recruitment. Responsibilities - Proactively engage with and grow our recruitment candidate community using our CRM (Bullhorn),



running searches and posting articles on LinkedIn, job posts, outbound and inbound phone calls, InMails and emails - Interview qualified candidates, manage their experience and recruitment journey, to support them land their perfect role - Manage Jobs: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates - Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings - Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team / Qualifications Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role, ideally in Sales or Customer Service centric roles.
