About the Role

We're looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing your ideas come to life, this is the role for you. Working across print, signage and digital, you'll take projects from concept through to production-ready artwork, collaborating with clients, estimators and our production team to deliver outstanding results. From vehicle wraps and large-format signage to brochures, social media campaigns and promotional materials, no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing brochures, banners, posters, signage, vehicle wraps and promotional materials
- Creating engaging social media content tailored for platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Using AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and explore new creative concepts
- Preparing artwork to pre-press specifications, ensuring every file is accurate and production-ready
- Maintaining brand consistency across multiple client projects
- Meeting with clients to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions
- Reviewing final artwork for accuracy, alignment and print quality before production




- Collaborating with the sales and production teams to keep projects on schedule
- Incorporating client feedback to refine and enhance designs
- Keeping up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and AI tools

What You'll Bring

- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
- A solid understanding of print production, including CMYK, file formats and resolution
- Experience creating effective content for social media platforms
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging design technologies
- Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills
- The ability to interpret client briefs and deliver polished creative solutions across print and digital
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A qualification in graphic design, relevant industry experience, or a portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities
- Experience with pre-press, signage or large-format print production is advantageous but not essential
