This role will primarily support our work with both local and global clients across design, art direction, digital, audio, and experiential projects.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Mid-Weight Graphic Designer based in Sydney. You'll work across campaign creative, art direction, digital experiences, brand development, illustration, and more - collaborating with both local and global teams to develop creative that pushes boundaries and engages audiences.

and a passion for great work. Whether starting from the ground up or building upon existing brands, you bring creativity, agility, and craft to every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and concepting creative across digital, art direction, campaigns, social, brand, and motion.
- Build on existing creative to support global campaign rollouts.
- Collaborate with our Sydney head office and international teams to deliver work aligned with brand and creative direction.
- Present work clearly and confidently in internal reviews and client sessions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease, keeping quality high and stress low.
- Contribute to concept development and creative brainstorming.
- Stay on top of trends in digital design, music, tech, and pop culture alongside ethical use of emerging technologies.
