The role involves hands-on general maintenance across the Village to keep the site secure, well-maintained and operating smoothly. You will perform repairs, patches, painting and basic carpentry, assist with light electrical work, coordinate contractors, and log jobs in FM systems while upholding safety and regulatory standards.
