About the role

Verity Construction is seeking a Handyperson to join our team. This is a casual position offering flexibility whilst contributing to our defects and handyperson services across a variety of projects located in NSW.

What you'll be doing

- Defect rectification on completed commercial projects.
- Site establishment including setting up fencing, signage and amenities.
- Temporary construction works including temporary handrail install.
- Assisting the Site Manager with setout.
- Driving the truck to move materials between our sites.
- Site clean up.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a Handyperson, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Competency with a range of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of general building.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication.
- Current and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
