About The Role

Kinetic IT is seeking a senior leader to scale a high impact Cloud &

Infrastructure practice, driving growth across existing and new customers. This is a commercially focused role with accountability for expanding Professional

Services revenue and shaping our go-to-market capability Responsibilities will include:

Build and lead a commercial Cloud & Infrastructure practice, driving revenue growth and expanding our non-Managed Services offering.

Partner closely with sales teams to win complex, high value opportunities and support strategic pursuits.

Develop and lead a team of architects and technical specialists, delivering high quality solutions across market units.

Own and grow key strategic partner relationships (e.g. major technology alliances) to accelerate capability and revenue.

Drive performance across revenue, utilisation, margin and customer outcomes, ensuring strong commercial discipline.

Engage at an executive level with customers, bringing insight into market trends, emerging technologies and client needs What you’ll bring to the table:

Proven experience leading cloud and infrastructure in a professional services, consulting or technology practice.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin performance.

Experience across delivery, sales and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead complex pursuits.

Ability to build and scale high performing technical teams.
