Summary:

As the Head of Quality at our manufacturing facility in Moorabool, Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This permanent, full-time position requires a seasoned professional who can lead quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of excellence within the organisation. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.




- Analyse quality data and metrics to drive decision-making and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of leading quality assurance teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO 9001.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
