RACV Royal Pines Resort in Gold Coast is seeking a professional resort Duty Manager to join our Rooms Division leadership team. You will oversee daily operations, manage the front office, and coordinate with conference and events within a premier resort setting.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role requires prior supervisory experience in a 4-5 star hotel, strong guest focus, and the ability to mentor staff across shifts while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
