STM Trucks & Machineryis a family owned & operated business that has been operating for almost 50 years. We have 3 locations in Southwest Sydney, Wollongong & Canberra.

We provide recent & used sales for commercial vehicles and construction equipment, along with service,spare partsand finance for a wide range of clients in transport, warehousing, construction, infrastructure, civil works, waste management and government bodies.

STM Trucks & Machinery(DaimlerTrucksSouth Coast) is now the authorised dealer forMercedes-Benz & FreightlinerTrucks, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedHeavy Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing Unanderra branch. The position is on a full-time basis with a competitive remuneration package.

Key Requirements

- Previous sales experience and achievements within the heavy vehicle industry
- Develop and foster strong customer relationships
- Motivated and competitive; driven to achieve
- Ability to learn and acquire product knowledge
- Excellent time management and organisation skills




- Great written and oral communication skills
- A keen eye for the finer details
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
- HR/HC Truck Licence is required

Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Develop a sales strategy and apply it to market
- Attend and engage is sales and product training sessions
- Prospecting of potential new and repeat sales opportunities
- Meet and maintain market share and sale volume KPI’s
- Diligence and organisation in maintaining CRM database
- Work in tandem with our business managers to ensure customers finance options and requirements are communicated and met
- Product training and support provided
