Vinidex, part of the Aliaxis Group, is seeking a highly engaged HSE Manager to drive a proactive safety culture at our Smithfield manufacturing site in Sydney. You will partner with leaders, coach teams, and manage injury prevention and return-to-work programs, delivering practical HSE outcomes across the site.

You will lead risk assessments, investigations, training and reporting, with 7–10 years’ experience in heavy manufacturing or high-risk environments.
