This opportunity is suited to an experienced M&A; professional who is confident leading transactions from initial engagement through to completion. You'll take ownership of multiple mandates while working closely with senior leadership and developing the next generation of advisors.

Key Responsibilities - M&A; Manager

- Lead end-to-end M&A; engagements, including acquisitions, divestments, capital raising initiatives, strategic advisory projects and transaction execution.
- Manage client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Scope engagements, allocate resources and oversee project execution, reviewing the work of junior team members before final sign-off by senior leadership.
- Work alongside Partners and Directors to identify recent business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to the team's growth strategy.
- Coach,



mentor and develop junior professionals through regular feedback, technical guidance and on-the-job training.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, process improvements and broader team development projects.
- Represent the business at networking events and build strong relationships across the professional services and corporate finance community.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and retaining high-performing team members.

Requirements – M&A; Manager

- Approximately 6+ years' experience in corporate finance, with at least 4 years focused specifically on mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience gained within a leading accounting or advisory firm, investment bank, private equity environment or an in-house corporate development team.
- Strong transaction execution experience across a range of deal types.
- Excellent commercial judgement, communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- CA, CFA or an equivalent professional qualification is highly regarded.
