About the Role

- Service and clean guest rooms ensuring that rooms are immaculately presented to facility standards and as required.
- Follow all OHS requirements and standards for the workplace including handling amenities, chemicals and equipment
- To maintain a safe, productive and harmonious workplace.
- To always maintain work areas in a neat and tidy state.
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with hotel management and guests
- Assist with other housekeeping and cleaning duties as required

About you

- You're an energetic, passionate individual with experience as a Cleaner/Room Attendant or alternatively you're someone with a great attitude and willingness to learn, as training will be provided to the right candidates
- You're willing to go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience




- You ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for your guests
- You enjoy working with people and love being part of a team of individuals who serves and cares about others
- You work fast and thoroughly with excellent attention to detail
- You're professional, respectful and have excellent communication and customer service skills
- You have good time management and organisational skills
- You're able to follow direction and work independently
- You know how to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- You have flexibility to work across a 7 -day shift arrangement. Shifts are 4-6 hrs.
- A Police check is required .
