Our client is seeking an experienced HR qualified to provide transition cover for approximately six weeks while the organisation recruits a permanent HR role. This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse workforce with a healthcare portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting into the People & Culture leadership team, you'll step into a true generalist HR role, partnering with leaders across a complex and geographically dispersed workforce.
Key responsibilities include
- Providing practical HR advice and coaching to managers
- Managing employee relations matters, performance management and investigations
- Supporting workforce planning activities
- Advising on policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture and employee experience
- Supporting compliance, WHS and broader people & culture projects
About You To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or similar
- Strong employee relations and case management capability
- The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A hands-on and adaptable approach with the ability to hit the ground running
- Experience working within complex, geographically dispersed or operational environments
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience within Healthcare, not-for-profit or remote operations environments will be highly regarded. What's on Offer?
