About HR Services The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Department is part of the broader People and Culture Directorate.

It is a well-regarded operations function, consisting of teams that provide accurate and efficient HR services across the organisation. With a focus on service excellence and customer-centricity, the HRSS teams work collaboratively together and with the broader People and Culture function to support employees and managers through the employee life cycle. HRSS includes payroll, salary packaging, HR services and HR systems.

About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about people? Join the HR team at Austin Health as an HR Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting new and existing employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This is a dynamic and people-focused administrative role that supports the Talent Acquisition function.

From coordinating recent starter processes to managing pre-employment checks and HR records,



you'll help ensure all recruitment administration runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and enjoys supporting others. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate end-to-end onboarding using SuccessFactors

Manage pre-employment checks, police checks, WWCCs, and visa verifications

Create and maintain electronic employee records

Generate reports and facilitate IT and Security access for new starters

Submit badge requests and update internal systems

Triage and manage incoming HR queries

Support HR Solutions with system-based administrative tasks About You

You’ll have: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent customer service and communication skills The ability to work independently and within a team

Competent digital skills and confidence using HR systems
