Our client is a major Australian owned civil contractor specialising in the delivery of bulk civil earthworks. They have an outstanding record of delivering major projects, safely, on time and on budget. As a result of their success, they have recently secured a major bulk earthworks project in the Pilbara.

We are looking for experienced HSE Advisors to join our clients established project team on a permanent basis.

To be considered for these roles you will demonstrate the following:

- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a civil contracting/earthworks' workplace is essential.




- Diploma level or Tertiary HSE Qualifications (Desirable), or Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) (desirable)
- An ability to engage and develop relationships across all levels of the project and with client stakeholders
- Commitment to zero harm ensuring all safety leadership and safety initiatives is implemented.
- ICAM training (desirable)

This position is offered FIFO from Perth on an 8:6 or 2:1 roster working 12 hours per day in 2 different locations. Mobilisation is scheduled for August 2026.
