The Prospect

As an ICT Business Analyst you will play a key role in partnering with business stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Analysing and improving business processes by working with stakeholders to identify requirements, redesign workflows, and define solution scope and expectations.
- Gathering and document business requirements through user interviews, workshops, research, use cases, and detailed requirements documentation.
- Collaborating with business and technology teams to recommend, develop, and implement solutions that meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Supporting project delivery and organisational change by monitoring project progress, facilitating communication between users and technology teams, and contributing to training, presentations, and strategic documentation.
- Providing advice, system evaluation, and customer service through policy support, usability reviews, stakeholder engagement, and a strong focus on quality customer outcomes.
