Role Description The Implementation Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation of vEngageai solutions for healthcare clients, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.

The Implementation

Manager will coordinate project plans, manage timelines, and collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and technical staff to ensure successful deployments. Day-to-day tasks include leading discovery workshops, documenting workflows, defining use cases, configuring conversational AI solutions, and monitoring performance during rollout. The role also involves training client teams,



providing post-implementation support, identifying opportunities to optimize usage, and contributing feedback to improve products and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

- Experience in project and implementation management, including managing project plans, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and successful software or SaaS deployments.
- Strong client-facing skills, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and explicit communication with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude with ability to understand conversational AI, workflow configuration, integrations, and basic data analysis or reporting for performance monitoring.
- Background or exposure to healthcare operations, patient engagement, or digital health solutions, with an understanding of clinical workflows and care pathways.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently, collaborating effectively with distributed teams, and adapting to evolving client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Administration, Information Systems, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with implementation methodologies, change management, and user training, including preparing documentation, training materials, and adoption plans.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
