We are working with a global mining company to source a lawyer with planning and environment experience to join their growing team on a long-term secondment.

This role is offering part-time or full-time flexible working hours.
The Role
Join an established team and be involved in a range of matters, including:
- Drafting a range of mining agreements and general commercial legal documents.
- Advising internal stakeholders on land access, land tenure and heritage matters.
- Advising and working on State Agreements.
About You:
- 4 years+ PQE with an unrestricted Practicing Certificate.
- Solid drafting skills and ideally experience working within general commercial, mining/resources or planning and workplace practice groups.
- Strong communication skills and enjoys working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing your State Agreement experience.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple matters.
