About the Role

We are looking for Solutions Architect - Banking Domain

Location: Sydney

Technology:

Full stack - Any of the given skills ReactJS/NextJS, NodeJS, Python, Microservices, LLM integration, Workflow integration & expertise in Agentic systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards
- Create detailed technical specifications, system designs, and architectural blueprints
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, platforms, and tools for optimal solution delivery
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and cost-effective
- Define integration patterns and data flow between systems and applications

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout project lifecycle




- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to design principles and standards
- Lead proof-of-concept development and technical feasibility assessments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to define deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive presentations
- Work closely with project managers to estimate effort and define technical milestones
- Coordinate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams

Documentation & Governance

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and architecture artifacts
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical challenges
- Participate in architecture review boards and technical governance committees
