The Team

McCullough Robertson’s Corporate Advisory team is trusted by boards and senior leaders to deliver tailored, practical advice that is firmly aligned with commercial objectives. The Role

We are recruiting for a capable and motivated lawyer with specialist Financial Services Regulatory experience to join our renowned practice.

In this role, you will work across a broad range of interesting and high-quality matters.



This includes drafting and reviewing fund constitutions and trust deeds, disclosure documents, authorised representative agreements, investment management agreements, compliance plans, financial services guides, and AML/CTF programs. You will also advise on a range of financial services issues, including wholesale and retail funds, payment providers, and other financial service providers, as well as AML/CTF compliance and the acquisition and disposal of funds management and financial services businesses.

Your clients will include a diverse and impressive portfolio of fund managers, financial planners, stockbrokers, payment providers and foreign financial services providers.

Experience

As the successful candidate, you will be a driven and enthusiastic lawyer with at least four years’ post-admission experience. You may currently be a seasoned lawyer or a newly promoted Senior Associate, with strong experience in financial services regulation, AML/CTF, and broader corporate advisory work.

You take pride in your technical expertise and enjoy applying it to deliver clear, practical advice. Just as importantly, you bring a genuine, client-focused approach to your work.

You will thrive in a collaborative workplace where people support one another, share knowledge and work together to achieve strong outcomes for clients.
