The Opportunity

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll become a trusted business partner to leaders across Sales, Marketing and Operations, helping them understand what’s driving performance and where opportunities exist to improve it.

This is a role for someone who enjoys asking questions, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions. You’ll spend far more time partnering with stakeholders than producing reports. The numbers are simply the starting point for the conversations you’ll be leading.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve business performance




- Analyse sales, gross margin and customer profitability
- Lead forecasting and support long-term planning
- Build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities
- Present meaningful insights to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting and commercial processes
- Support strategic projects across the wider business

About You

- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail or consumer goods
- A proactive commercial mindset with a natural curiosity
- Strong influencing skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability
- Someone who takes ownership, shows initiative and looks for ways to improve the business, not just report on it
