As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory:OCEAN SHORES and surrounds (Suburbs may include, but are not limited to,Brunswick Heads,Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Ocean Shores and Suffolk Park and Tyagarah)

Hours:

Average of 4hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability:

Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forTuesday is highly regarded.

Essential:

Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving strongrelationships with store personnel
- Building and maintainingquality displays in store
- Negotiating promotional space
- Executing planograms
- Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
- Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing,



walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

- Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
- A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
- Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work autonomously
- Ability to perform thephysical & repetitive requirements of the role
