As our Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for candidates, visitors and ADF Careers team members. You'll manage front desk operations, handle enquiries, and support general office administration. If you're organised, customer-focused, and enjoy a varied role, this opportunity is for you.

What you will be doing
As the Concierge, you are the first point of contact,
providing a friendly and professional presence while ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house activities.
You will
- Deliver first point of contact service for all visitors, employees, candidates and client guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience
- Manage incoming enquiries, both in person and via phone/email, directing them appropriately
- Support visitor check-in processes and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document handling, and record management
- Act as the first point of contact for deliveries and building-related enquiries
- Ensure the reception and front-of-house areas are clean, organised, and presentable
- Support workplace procedures, including health, safety, and general office protocols
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office logistics as required
- Report any maintenance or office issues promptly
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider team as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
