The role involves horticultural work, operation of light plant and equipment, irrigation maintenance, and general groundskeeping to ensure park spaces are attractive, protected, and well-maintained. Duties will also include general maintenance around the park as needed.
- Maintaining and improving park grounds and caravan sites to a high standard
- Mowing, edging, gardening, hedge trimming, and weed management
- Safely operating, maintaining and cleaning grounds tools and equipment
- Identifying and fixing minor maintenance issues
- Spotting and reporting risks or hazards around the park
- Completing general maintenance and painting of buildings and facilities
- Supporting upkeep of recreational areas and equipment
Role Requirements
- Hold a current “C” class Manual Driver’s License. (Maintaining a current driver’s license is a condition of on-going employment)
- Ability to pass a DAS
- Be physically fit as the role entails a lot of walking, physical work, including lifting, bending, standing and digging throughout the shift.
