Our client in Western Australia seeks an experienced adviser to partner with school leaders and boards on industrial relations, employment law, policy development and compliance matters.
You will develop and maintain governance resources, provide workplace relations guidance, support enterprise agreement negotiations, and deliver career development sessions to stakeholders. Experience in education is preferred and a Working With Children Check is required.
