About the Role
- Coordinate and administer leases, licences and property agreements for airport and community facilities.
- Maintain lease registers, property records and compliance documentation.
- Undertake lease renewals, rent reviews, reconciliations and agreement administration.
- Support land sale and acquisition activities, including preparation of contractual documentation.
- Prepare Council reports, policies and governance documentation.
- Provide advice on legislative and policy requirements relating to leasing and property matters.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying legislation, contracts, policies and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Crown Land, commercial tenancy or property legislation and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, agreements and correspondence.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
