We are seeking an Information Technology Manager to join our team at our Alexandria Studio, reporting directly to the Technology Transformation Director.

Operating within a lean and growing structure, this position combines operational oversight with direct hands-on technical execution. You will be accountable for the stability, security, and day-to-day performance of our technology environment across our Studio, Retail Stores, and Warehouse operations.

This is an incredible opportunity for an adaptable "jack of all trades" to take ownership of our infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and integrations with minimal direction.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- End-User & Retail Support: Provide hands-on support for POS, hardware, and software, acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents to ensure uninterrupted trading across all locations.
- Infrastructure & Security: Administer our Google Workspace environment, manage network infrastructure (UniFi stack, firewalls), oversee endpoint management, and enforce strict cybersecurity and patch management standards.
- Application Management: Provide day-to-day support and administration across Shopify, Shopify POS, NetSuite, CIN7, and connected retail applications like Brauz, Gorgias, ReturnLogic, Acuity, and Tulip.
- Data & Marketing Technology: Support data flows, analytics tooling (like Triple Whale), and digital marketing technology setups, including product feeds, tracking, tagging, and data-layer configuration.
- Systems Reliability: Oversee integrations between ERP, POS, and finance systems, diagnosing API failures and mitigating single points of failure.




- Operational Maturity: Design and implement robust IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Access) and manage technology vendors against defined service levels.

ABOUT YOU

- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or business application support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and networking infrastructure (firewalls, wireless, segmentation).
- Proven capability in supporting multi-site retail environments, particularly with hands-on administration of retail and ecommerce SaaS platforms (Shopify ecosystem, NetSuite, and CIN7 are highly regarded).
- A solid understanding of ecommerce data flows, marketing tracking (tag management), and cloud-first infrastructure environments.
- A proactive, "high ownership" mindset with the ability to operate calmly under pressure and troubleshoot across infrastructure, integrations, and endpoints.
- Desirable: A degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, ITIL certification, or cybersecurity certifications (like CompTIA Security+ or ISO 27001 Foundation).
