Requirements

- Key Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Platform

· Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices

· Hands-on experience with core platform configuration and customisation

Platform Components

· Business Rules

· Client Scripts

· UI Policies & UI Actions

· Flow Designer (flows, subflows, actions)

· Script Includes

· Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs

Integrations

· REST & SOAP APIs (inbound and outbound)

· Import Sets & Transform Maps

· Scripted REST APIs

· Authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth)

· JSON/XML data handling

· Experience on SSO/ITSM/ERP Product Integrations

Desirable

· HRSD Module

· ServiceNow Portal / Employee Centre configuration

· Widget configuration and basic UI customisation

· Telephony integration

Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
