This role pays up to $110,000 + super and provides up to 3 days work from home post probation.

About the Role
This role will see you working closely with the manager, Steven, to manage workflow and support a range of clients. The work is mostly compliance-based but with room for growth into advisory as your skills and confidence develop.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and reviewing BAS, tax returns, and financials for companies, trusts, and individuals
- Liaising with clients to collect and clarify information
- Responding to client queries (depending on your confidence and communication style)
- Working with the team to resolve tax issues,
Div7A, and general compliance matters
- Identifying when to elevate questions or outsource complex matters
- Time entry and general workflow management
Who They’re Looking For
- Has 3–5 years’ experience in public practice
- Is comfortable preparing BAS, company/trust returns, and individual tax
- Understands Div7A (you don’t need to be an expert—just know what it is)
- Takes ownership of their learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and the team
