Hastings Electrical is a proudly independent electrical wholesaler specialising in supplying industrial electrical products to customers across manufacturing, maintenance, infrastructure and OEM industries throughout Greater Sydney.

About the Role

As part of our Internal Sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, assisting with enquiries, quotations and orders while working closely with suppliers, our warehouse and delivery team to ensure every order is handled efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Sourcing products from suppliers
- Following up quotations and customer enquiries
- Working closely with our warehouse and delivery team
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing exceptional customer service every day

About You We're looking for someone who:





- Enjoys working with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Has valuable computer skills and is confident learning new systems
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys solving problems
- Takes pride in doing the job properly
