About the role

Fallshaw Group is seeking an experienced Internal Technical Sales & Trade Counter Sales professional to join our team in Silverwater, NSW. This is a full-time position that combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service to drive sales and support our trade and retail customers. You will be the face of Fallshaw Group at our trade counter, providing specialist advice, processing orders, and building lasting relationships with clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the trade counter and provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to walk-in customers and trade partners (lots of training provided)
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and correct billing
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and new customers through outstanding service and follow-up
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details and inventory levels
- Look after the showroom including merchandising and restocking. Use the walkie stacker to unload/load pallets from trucks - training provided, no licence required.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in trade counter sales, technical sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
- The ability to quickly learn technical specifications and features
- Proficiency in sales systems,



point-of-sale software and basic computer skills
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, reliability and attention to detail
