About The Role Based in our Toowoomba office, the Inventory Officer is a key member of our Inventory Team, supporting Ventia's Rig & Well Services operation. In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for managing inventory across multiple sites and warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and providing reporting to support operational decision-making. Working closely with warehouse and operational stakeholders, you'll play an key role in ensuring inventory is available when and where it's needed.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory across multiple sites and warehouses.

Process warehouse transactions and stock transfers accurately and efficiently.

Analyse and interpret inventory data and prepare reports for key stakeholders.

Contribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Rig & Well Services Inventory Management Plan.

Analyse and process stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
