Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst / Financial Analyst to support investment decisions, financial planning, and business performance analysis. This role focuses on evaluating financial data, conducting market research, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights that support organizational growth and investment objectives. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to transform complex financial information into meaningful recommendations.

Key responsibilities include

Analyze financial statements, business performance, and market data to support investment and financial decisions.

Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and valuation analyses.

Conduct industry research, company analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities.

Evaluate investment performance and prepare analytical reports for stakeholders.

Assist in portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and asset allocation reviews.

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends that influence business performance.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Support due diligence, business case development, and strategic investment initiatives.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.





Maintain financial documentation while complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to process improvements by enhancing reporting efficiency and analytical methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, investment principles, corporate finance, and accounting fundamentals.

Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business valuation techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.

Familiarity with financial reporting standards and financial statement analysis.

Robust analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
