IT Delivery Lead For our North Sydney / Moorebank office, we are searching for an IT Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across Fortidia ANZ's portfolio of brands: Kwik Kopy and Pack & Send. This role exists to help drive the successful integration, modernization, and alignment of technology platforms that support our franchise network. Working closely with the Head of Technology, the IT Delivery Lead will coordinate technology initiatives, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully while supporting the future technology strategy across Fortidia ANZ.
Fortidia is a global franchising group with market-leading brands across the business services and logistics sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging technology leader to work closely with senior leadership during a major business transformation, helping align and integrate the technology platforms that support two iconic Australian franchise brands. This is a highly hands-on role within a lean technology team where everyone contributes directly to delivery.
This is not a traditional enterprise project management role focused solely on coordinating large teams or vendors. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, collaborating across the business, and helping deliver practical technology solutions. The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to grow into future technology leadership while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.
The IT Delivery Lead will report to the Head of Technology – Fortidia (Australia).
Compensation AUD $100,000–$120,000 gross annual salary + super. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate and Deliver Strategic Technology Projects
Lead the execution of technology integration and transformation initiatives across Kwik Kopy and Pack & Send.
Plan, scope, coordinate, and deliver strategic IT projects across multiple workstreams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive updates.
Coordinate internal teams,
external vendors, and global Fortidia technology stakeholders.
Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Drive Technology
Integration and Modernization
Support the integration and alignment of technology platforms across both brands.
Coordinate the integration of CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and franchise management platforms.
Partner with global technology teams to ensure alignment with Fortidia architecture, standards, and security frameworks.
Support data migration, system interconnectivity, and technology standardization initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology consolidation.
Contribute to technology modernization initiatives that enhance business operations.
Stakeholder
Collaboration and Change Management
Act as a trusted partner between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Build strong relationships with brand leadership, franchise support teams, and key stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout project delivery.
Support change management activities to encourage successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and progress reports.
Help identify and resolve project risks through proactive communication and collaboration. Governance, Risk, and Vendor Management
Support the successful governance and execution of technology initiatives.
Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall, depending on project needs.
Ensure compliance with Fortidia governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
Coordinate external vendors and service providers to ensure successful delivery and accountability.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project management and technology governance practices.
Monitor project risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
Approximately 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, technology delivery, systems implementation, or project coordination, with the ambition to grow into a technology leadership role.
Experience delivering technology integration, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and technology implementation.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and executive audiences.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Enjoys working in a lean, collaborative team where individuals remain hands-on and contribute across multiple areas.
Collaborative spirit with an appreciation of diverse perspectives.
Curious, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes. Preferred
Experience working within small to mid-sized organizations, franchise businesses, retail, logistics, or other multi-location environments.
Experience with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or franchise management platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise technology integrations, data migration, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.
Exposure to digital transformation or technology modernization programs.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar) is considered an asset.
