? About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our remote Technology team. This entry/junior-level position is ideal for recent graduates, career starters, and technology enthusiasts looking to build a rewarding career in IT support and systems administration.

Working alongside experienced IT professionals, you will provide technical assistance to employees, help maintain business systems, and ensure users receive prompt and effective support. ✅ Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support via email, chat, phone, and remote support tools.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business applications.

Create and manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.

Record, prioritize, and resolve IT service requests through the ticketing system.

Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.

Monitor IT systems and escalate complex technical issues when required.

Maintain accurate IT asset records and technical documentation.

Support cybersecurity initiatives by following security policies and best practices.

Participate in system upgrades, technology projects, and process improvements.





Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

? Requirements

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based productivity tools.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, remote desktop tools, or cloud platforms is an advantage.

Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.

Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
